Zombie Tramp vs Vampblade #2

Zombie Tramp’s biggest showdown yet continues! But how will the zombie queen overcome swapping bodies – and powers – with the mystical Vampblade?!? Can the two gothic foes work together long enough to undo their body swap voodoo?? The back alley horror brawl is just getting started!

By now, if you aren’t familiar with Janey aka Zombie Tramp, then I’m not doing my job well. And you’re missing out. If one supernatural badass hottie isn’t enough for you, then you are in the right place. Let’s see what is up with our ladies in issue two of Zombie Tramp vs Vampblade.

After Janey’s attempt to take over Vampblade’s body fails, the two are now in a Freaky Friday kind of situation. Vampblade is very much not ok with her body being invaded by Janey, and wants her to reverse it. Before they can figure out just how though, an army of the unique vampires is pounding down the door of Vampblade’s comic store. The two decide to work together, and using the power of Vampblade’s weapons, they create a rather effective team.

The artwork continues to do what it does best, including giving us some more of the familiar graphic content. This does include plenty of really cool looking gore, and even some choice Janey views again. With the huge return of fight scenes predominantly with these strange vampires, there were more than enough gnarly fight panels that got nicely done as always.

I believe the next issue might be the final for this awesome pairing which is unfortunate. But, any extra issues we can get involving Zombie Tramp is never a disappointment. I’m sure we’ll see more of Vampblade, but just in case we don’t, you should definitely be reading this side story.
