Synopsis: the Ghostbusters face fierce competition from Spooks Away. The rival company always arrives first with better equipment and gets the job done right. Peter is suspicious and his cautions play out with the abduction of Slimer!
The story has the feel and the pace of the TV show. Corporate rivalry wears thin but you expect that. The resolution appropriately involves food and beware baby ghosts. Those are the worst—this week.
Like the story, the team has brought us a slightly better looking visual than the source material. Peter and Winston are more believable in this edition with all the rest being perfect manifestations from the TV series. The alternative covers are worth a look as well.
This issue is one of four Ghostbuster eras in April. It is easily a buy for any collector and is totally family-friendly.
I give it 3 stars of 5.
Look for it in your local comic shop or go here.
