SYNOPSIS: In the 1980s and after a career-ending injury shatters her (and, really, her mother’s) Olympic dreams, 17-year-old Chastity Marks finds an escape in a popular series of vampire novels… but little does she know that the novels conceal a secret underworld of blood, agony, and death – a world that she will be dragged into kicking and screaming. The classic Chaos! Character returns – reimagined, rebooted, and ready for blood! – Comixology

Story: The story here is written really well. I am not personally familiar with the original take on this character but the way the story is written it is not necessary...

SYNOPSIS: Early in the 21st Century, the TYRELL CORPORATION advanced robot evolution to the NEXUS phase – creating artificial beings virtually identical to humans – known as REPLICANTS.

Superior in strength and agility, the Replicants functioned primarily as Off-world slave labor or in hazardous, high-collateral combat situations.

After replicants were declared illegal on Earth, special police operatives – called BLADE RUNNERS – had orders to kill or ‘RETIRE’ any trespassers upon detection.

Detective AAHNA ASHINA of the Los Angeles Police Department was one of the first to qualify for the assignment.

Her colleagues called her ASH.

She was the ...

Saban’s Go Go Power Rangers – Rangers Forever #1

Written by: Ryan Parrott

Illustrated by: Eleonora Carlini & Francesco Martarino

Colors by: Raul Angulo & Katherine Lobo

Letters by: Ed Dukeshire

Synopsis: The epic conclusion as The Power Rangers face off against Alpha 1 and the reveal of Rita’s true plan; a familiar newcomer whose arrival in Angel Grove will change everything.

So the story here is apparently a conclusion to a previous storyline. The reader is thrown into the middle of a large battle. The story is easy to follow but kind of goes off into random directions after the battle is over, to me personally it sort of feels like they just jammed two separate stories into one book.

The artwork I really love. Its super fun and vibrant. The character designs are cartoony as well as a bit of manga style squeezed in.

I wish the story ...

STORY, ALL ARTWORK, AND LETTERING BY: LONNIE WEBB

EDITING BY: WYNDI GAYLE

SYNOPSIS: A MAN HAS EMERGED FROM A CASKET ON A DISTANT PLANET, WITH NO PAST, AND NO FUTURE. WHO WILL HE SAVE? WHO WILL HE KILL?

STORY: A MAN WAKES UP FROM A CASKET ON A DISTANT PLANET, FINDS OUT SOMETHINGS ABOUT HIMSELF THAT CHANGES HIS VIEWS AND THEN HAS TO FEND OFF GIANT MUTANTS THAT ARE ATTACKING THE SHIP. THE WRITTING FLOWS WELL, THERE ARE CERTAIN PARTS WHERE MYSELF AS THE READER GOT A BIT LOST BUT IT QUICKLY GOT BACK ON TRACK WITHOUT MUCH. THERE ARE ALSO A FEW JOKES THAT TEND TO FALL A BIT FLAT IN MY OPINION. OVERALL I ENJOYED THE CONCEPT AND STORYLINE HERE AND HOPE TO SEE IT CONTINUE.

ART: THE ART IS QUITE GOOD, I DONT PERSONALLY LOVE THE ART BUT IT WORKS AND SERVICES THE STORY QUITE WELL AND WILL SAY ITS MUCH...

But there is much peril on the way and the only ones who can help him are KISS! – Comixology

The Story: I must say I am not a Kiss fan so I wasn’t looking forward to reading this book, that being said the members of KISS aren’t actually in this issue except a quick appearance toward the end. The name”Kiss: The End” to me has a bit of unfortunate innuendo that I don’t think the creators were intending...
