In this first article I’ll be discussing the most important thing to enjoying your tabletop experience: being a good gamer.  This has nothing to do with how well you build a character or how amazing you are at tactical combat and bypassing challenges, but how you approach being part of a gaming group...

Pre-production Game Review – Tiny Ninjas

Tiny Ninjas is a small fast game that fits in your pocket and plays anywhere. I had the chance to try out a pre-production version at FallCon 30.

Tiny Ninjas sprang from the desire to have a game that was fun for just two people and had lots of replayability. I’m going to go out on a limb and say they’re onto something here.

FallCon 30

FallCon’s 30th anniversary is also Geek-o-Rama’s 5th anniversary and G-o-R’s founder’s birthday, so it was a special weekend all around.

A huge room full of every game you’ve ever wanted to play and plenty of people of all ages to play with.

The gaming area was filled to capacity the entire time I was there on all three days, and every event was packed...

There are three main types of game components in a Campy Creatures box: Creature Cards, Mortal Cards, and other components. Working backwards: the components include a well laid out rule book that feels thematically suitable, a small “Clash-o-Meter” board for breaking ties and keeping score, individual player markers for the Clash-o-Meter, and individual “Creeples” for the score track.

Each player gets the same individual Creature Deck, composed of nine different Creature Cards numbered 0-8...
