Infinite Seven #4

Lines have been drawn and war between the Infinite Seven and Chimera has been declared. The first arc in the hit series comes to an end, but one question remains: Who will draw FIRST BLOOD? This issue is chock full of revelations, and a shock ending that will leave readers reeling.

Well, now this is how you start off a comic and end the first arc with a cliffhanger. This series has kept my interest fairly well up until now, and this did a lot to strengthen it. Absolutely none of what happened in issue four of Infinite Seven was expected, and I love it.

Extracting data from Sandsnake’s system, Infinite Seven finds Chimera’s base and heads there to destroy them. The majority of the team goes right into fighting, while Anthony of course gets captured...

Ah, comic cons, the big tent events that fans of all sorts look forward to every year. You never know what treasures you’ll find or the guests you could run into. The fun of the con may be the last thing Katie focuses on in issue two of the season season for Vampblade.

Finally making it through the crowd to Artist’s Alley, Katie suddenly starts to randomly transform. She tries to calm down in the solitude of the restroom, only to find herself among more TSDs. The blades are getting harder to control, but she manages to take charge for the moment...

Dollface #4

The tables have turned now on Dollface and the gang, as Zombie Tramp tries to take each one of them out. Are Lila and Ivan ready to deal with such a powerful witch this early in the game?

As great as the concept may be, not every crossover ends up actually being a good idea. Fortunately, this is one that combines two of best titles, and characters out there. Well, that may just be my opinion, but most will agree Dollface and its fourth issue is excellent.

With the Necronomicon in her hands, Zombie Tramp is scarier than usual as team Dollface tries to take her on. With her magic and a graveyard of bodies at her disposal, Janey seems unstoppable. Using almost every trick they can, Lila and Ivan manage to combine tactics to finally come out the victors.

It’s violent, it’s vibrant, it’s a...

Zombie Tramp Vol 11 Issue #34

Xula continues her tests and obstacles to prove her worthiness to Kaiju Queen. But will she accept her final challenge?

Power is sometimes a terrible thing to seek out, especially as it is rarely ever shared. Some would go to any length to have it, even if it meant betraying those closest to them. In the thirty-fourth issue of Zombie Tramp, we continue Xula’s journey towards power and what it may cost.

Breezing past the first two challenges, Xula faces the third in a powerful demon, eventually taking him out after a brief struggle. She makes her way to the dagger, but also runs into another demon who has her questioning her worth to the Kaiju Queen. Upon returning with the blade, it is then that Xula learns the reason she recovered it was to kill Janey in order to take her power.

Janey i...

Voracious: Feeding Time #2-5

Nate and Jenna finally have a heart-to-heart about their relationship, Starlee ponders a future away from Blackfossil, and the tables turn on Captain Jim and Nate as they become the hunted.

Sometimes it just comes down to grabbing a bunch of issues and doing some catching up. Both this series and this second set of issues were ones I was very happy to return to after a bit of delay. Continuing the story and concluding this volume, it’s Voracious: Feeding Time with issues two through five.

After previously mentioned the heart-to-heart, Starlee and Jenna end up meeting and seem to get along. In the parallel universe, Jim and Nate are in the middle of hunting where the dinosaur detectives catch them...
