STORY: This may be one of the best books I’ve read in a while. The story is written well and follows a young Canadian resistance fighter. Whom goes on a journey to find another character called the ax. The amount of easy to digest world building in this first issue is quite impressive. You are basically thrown in the middle of a war and it’s not confusing at all as to what is happening...

STORY: I personally am not a huge fan of historical comics. But the way this book is written pulls you in with the character development and makes you want to follow the characters...
