Infinite Seven #4

Lines have been drawn and war between the Infinite Seven and Chimera has been declared. The first arc in the hit series comes to an end, but one question remains: Who will draw FIRST BLOOD? This issue is chock full of revelations, and a shock ending that will leave readers reeling.

Well, now this is how you start off a comic and end the first arc with a cliffhanger. This series has kept my interest fairly well up until now, and this did a lot to strengthen it. Absolutely none of what happened in issue four of Infinite Seven was expected, and I love it.

Extracting data from Sandsnake’s system, Infinite Seven finds Chimera’s base and heads there to destroy them. The majority of the team goes right into fighting, while Anthony of course gets captured. And not just by anyone, but a certain member of Chimera who just happens to be his mother. Family ties mean nothing though, as she shoots him right in the head. The team manages to escape, but Anthony aka Smash will never be the same.

If you want an issue packed to the brim full of all kinds of action based artwork, this is it. The intense closer to the launch arc goes out with bang after bang, loading the pages with awesome visuals. Not only was the story here the strongest in the series yet, but so was the art.

This was an absolutely fantastic issue and a great job on finishing up the first arc very solid. The shock reveal and the gutwrenching end were huge and it has fully grabbed my attention. If you were waiting for a sign that this was a series to follow, it has arrived, so grab these books before arc two starts.
