Synopsis: Archie is set up by Betty and Veronica to reveal his secret romance with an undiscovered girl, Sabrina. Cheryl Blossom has taken the prompting to put Archie front and center in a money-making scheme that may or may not have good intentions. He will be on-stage to pick one high school bachelorette, intended by the exes to set off the secret girlfriend’s jealousy.
Meanwhile, Reggie and Jughead investigate a cavern relating to Reggie’s dad’s disappearance.
Once again, a big 32-page issue of high-drama high school life. Recommended for anyone into young adult genre fiction. It’s actually well written and well drawn. Archie bridges the comics and CW shows.
Even though I don’t dig YA stuff, Achie is an interesting read with echoes of sneaky plot twists ahead. Pick it up.
